Refunds and Returns
We understand that mistakes can happen. This policy outlines our process for returns and refunds on your custom t-shirt order.
Custom Printed Items: Due to the custom nature of printed shirts, refunds and returns are not accepted unless there is an error on our part. This includes misprints, incorrect sizes (when provided by us), or damaged garments caused during printing.
Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a shirt that is damaged or defective due to our printing process, we will gladly replace the item free of charge. Please contact us within 1 day of receiving your order to initiate a return.
Non-Custom Items (Plain Shirts): In the unlikely event you are unsatisfied with a plain, unprinted shirt (e.g., size issue), we will accept returns for a full refund within 1 day of receiving your order. The shirt must be unworn and in its original packaging.
How to Request a Return
To request a return or replacement due to our error, please contact us within 1 day of receiving your order. You will need to provide your order number and a description of the issue. We will then provide you with instructions on how to return the shirt(s).
In any case the advance amount has been agreed to be refunded, the amount will be returned only within 6 working days.
Shipping Costs
For returns due to our errors, we will cover the return shipping costs. For non-custom item returns (plain shirts), you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will issue a full refund for the purchase price (including taxes) and any applicable shipping costs, if applicable, within 1 business day. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Refund of Advance Payment
No refund of advance payment will be made to the customers.

Deny returns or refunds that do not meet the criteria outlined in this policy.
Limit returns or refunds for repeat offenders of our return policy.
